Work Wear to Weekend – Bold Printed Dresses

Bold Print Dresses

This time of year is a rough one for me as a fashion blogger. The holidays are over and I’m pretty much over sweater weather even though its still kind of cold outside.

Just like every single store out there…I’m in purge mode. Putting away all the Christmas decor, de-cluttering my house (and my life), and so ready to move on to the next!

Speaking of NEXT…I’ve totally got Spring on the mind and can’t wait to start wearing brighter + lighter pieces.

Until temperatures officially warm up, I’m working on transitioning my wardrobe into Spring and gravitating towards more brighter pieces and fun prints to fit my mood.

Here are two of my favorite bold print dresses that look great for just about any occasion!

  1. Peyton Jensen Mock Neck Shift Dress (on sale for $64, reg $88)

These pictures do NOT do this dress any justice. The blue color is so striking in person and I get sooooo many compliments on this one every time I wear it!!!

With the mock neckline you could add a faux fur vest and wide brim hat to give it a boho vibe. I kept it simple with a pair of these Dr. Scholl’s slouchy knee high boots.

My next recent favorite bold print dress is this V Neck print dress. This one also is another animal print fav…do you see zebra or tiger stripes…you pick.

Either way this animal print is a mainstay and the fit is incredibly flattering with the built in sash belt. Look out for even more bold + brighter animal prints for Spring too. I feel a wave coming of even more snakeskin, zebra, and other wild beasts coming our way!

Bonus with dresses like these is you can literally wear them to anything. Add a heel and wear this to the office. Change your shoe again to a more casual boot and you’ve got your next happy hour or date night outfit.

I wore the blue shift dress to a bridal shower with an over-the-knee boot and a boho hat and I can’t tell you how many girls loved my fun look!

You can easily shop these two looks here.
